Nurse Residency Program (Med Surg, Oncology, Telemetry) Community Memorial Healthcare’s Nurse Residency Program is designed for the new-graduate Registered Nurse (RN) starting a career in the adult acute care environment. The goal is to help you build a solid foundation for your nursing career and refine your clinical judgement and leadership skills as you navigate the transition from student nurse to acute care professional nurse. Our comprehensive program consists of a series of structured learning and clinical experiences. The curriculum incorporates adult learning methodologies, simulation, and reflective practice. Participants in our program work in a direct care position in the acute care setting at Community Memorial Hospital – Ventura. Pharmacist Intern - One (1) Per Diem Position Available   Position Overview: Participates in the preparation, manufacturing, and dispensing of medications for customers.
