RN Residency Program – March 2027 Cohort

We are excited to begin recruitment for our next cohort of RN Residents. Our RN Residency Program is designed to support newly graduated registered nurses as they transition from nursing school into professional nursing practice.

Through hands-on clinical experience, education, mentorship, and support from our experienced nursing teams, RN Residents will have the opportunity to strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence, and begin their nursing careers as part of the Community Memorial Healthcare team.

Tentative Interview Dates: December 7–11, 2026
Tentative Program Start Date: March 1, 2027
