Compensation

Salary Range: $42.91 - $64.67 / hour

Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions. PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy. PRN differential is added in certain positions.

Responsibilities

Information Security Analyst - One (1) Full-Time Position Available

 

Position Overview: 

This position reports to the Information Security Officer and is responsible for working closely and collaboratively with CMHS Network and System Administrators as well as the on all aspects of security administration including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, storage, desktop systems, incident response and disaster recovery.

 

This position under the direction of the Information Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CMHS data assets, wherever they may reside. The primary role of this position is to prevent and mitigate cyber-security incidents such as application penetration, malware, and social engineering attacks. The Analyst must have the ability to analyze, recommend, develop, implement and maintain systems and processes in a manner, which best protect CMHS and its affiliated partners.

 

This position will monitor and detect risks to the organization, identify sources and methods of attack. This position will identify potential gaps, architect solutions and provide recommendations focused on enterprise security, response and remediation plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in information security
  • Networking skills including WAN, Wireless, Firewall, VPN, Proxy and Intrusion Prevention
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA
  • Knowledge of analysis, debugging and standard project management tools
  • Knowledge of Information Systems current technology
  • Knowledge of systems analysis and procedures
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Ability to meet established deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Must have a firm grasp of concepts and technology across all IS areas to be able to spot gaps and develop appropriate controls
  • Ability to multitask and react quickly and efficiently to production issues
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of clinical applications desired

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP, CISA, CCNP Security, or CEH
  • Experience with the following:
    • ISO 900
    • NIST
    • HITRUST
    • SOX
    • NAC
    • Mobile Device Management
    • Malware Prevention
    • Data Encryption
    • DataLossPrevention
