EVS Tech (Housekeeping) - Full-Time 8-Hour Variable Shift Position Available   Position Overview:  Cleans/disinfects hospital patient rooms, surgical area, procedural areas, bath, laboratories, offices, halls, and other areas.  Maintains supplies and orders necessary equipment as appropriate.  Observes proper handling and disposal of biohazardous waste.       ***EVS TECH COVID-19 JOB RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE*** An essential daily job responsibility of an EVS Tech will be the cleaning of patient rooms for the hospital, including the possibility of cleaning COVID-19 patient rooms and/or possible contact with COVID-19. As CMHS takes employee health and safety seriously, CMHS EVS Department will provide Personal Protective Equipment - PPE (mask, gloves, etc.) along with education and training for all EVS Techs to keep hospital employees and patients, as well as the community safe.   

The Enhanced Care Management (ECM) RN serves as an advocate and assists patients to reach optimal function and health in an appropriate environment that supports their needs. This position provides coordination across the continuum of care, from inpatient to outpatient to community. The ECM RN applies the process of assessment, care planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and coordination of care to meet the patient’s health care needs across the continuum in collaboration with Primary Care Provider, interdisciplinary care team members, payers, and social service organizations to ensure safe, quality and cost effective care. The ECM RN works closely with individuals to address health disparities, provide health education, ensure closed-loop referrals, and connect people to resources that can improve their overall health and well-being. This position will serve the enhanced care needs of our most vulnerable patient population by meeting them in person, via videoconferencing or over the phone.

Position Overview:  The IS Onboarding Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Information Systems (IS) Department of our health system, ensuring seamless integration of new staff members into our ecosystem of applications. This individual will be responsible for mapping and continuously improving systems onboarding processes, focusing on process efficiency and end user satisfaction. The IS Onboarding Coordinator facilitates training aids and processes, and role-based access controls. The Clinic Receptionist greets patients and assistants with the completion of registration forms, verifies insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, accurately enters and updates patient information electronically as needed, receives and directs clinic telephone calls, and maintains the overall flow of patients throughout the clinic. 

Position Overview: Through a presence and role in the lobbies and public areas, promotes an overall culture of safety, service excellence and authentic hospitality by providing concierge services to our guests. Serves as a greeter, screener, and navigator to those entering the hospital and serves as a conduit for patients to the admitting staff or the relevant service line. Contributes to the guest experience by working directly with our teams in Admitting, Valet, Auxiliary and Security.  The concierge demonstrates superb customer services standards while engaging individuals and assisting them with a caring and compassionate demeanor during their visits to CMHS.  The Concierge also educates and is able to transfer these customer service skills to other staff.  This is a mobile position throughout the facility who utilizes mobile devices to facilitate service requests.

Position Overview: The Payroll Specialist assumes primary responsibility for the Health System's in-house payroll processing. Primary responsibilities include the processing of payroll, garnishments and tax liabilities. The position will demonstrate knowledge of wage and hour law, payroll concepts and practices, and have the proven ability to interpret payroll procedures and policies, California Employer's Guide and the IRS' Employer's Tax Guide.

This position supervises and coordinates the daily workflow and ensures that safe and effective patient care is provided. The CT Supervisor assists in the development of department policies and procedures and is responsible for the training of new staff members. The CT Supervisor works closely with the Diagnostic Imaging department leadership team to complete employee competencies, training and other departmental projects in a timely manner and is responsible for maintaining clinical efficiency, customer service and quality standards.

The Cancer Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that certification by the American College of Surgeons (ACOS) is attained as a Community Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Program (COMP). The Cancer Program Manager possesses the technical knowledge and management skills necessary to maintain efficient operation and use of a cancer data collection system in accordance with regulatory, legal and administrative requirements. The Cancer Program Manager ensures that data collection and the use of said data is conducted in a professional, ethical manner.
